Thinking of owning your piece of paradise in the Caribbean? Are you a Real Estate Investor? Making plans for your retirement?

Rutty Caribbean attended the inaugural Caribbean Vibrations Real Estate Cruise, where we had the opportunity to learn about property ownership in the Caribbean islands of St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Antigua, St. Lucia, and Barbados. We even had time to enjoy the sites, culture and food of each.

We embarked on Celebrity Cruises from San Juan, Puerto Rico to the beautiful island of St Thomas and saw ocean view condos available for sale at Secret Harbour Resort. We also had the pleasure of enjoy an ice-cold Virgin Island Tropical Mango Pale Ale… refreshing!

Moving on to the island of St. Kitts, taking in the breath-taking views at Ocean’s Edge, with modern apartments nestle in the hills.  The Royal St. Kitts Hotel had everything you would need right at your fingertips with resort style living. Timothy Beach Resort provided you with a laid-back atmosphere in Frigate Bay with beautifully appointed 1-3 bedroom condos.

Next up was the colourful island of Antigua with marina 2 storey homes at Jolly Harbour and Castaways. Great options for those who are the cost-conscious investor to those looking for their Caribbean $1M estate.

I fell in love with the lushness of St. Lucia while we traveled through Castries, with visits to Admiral’s Quay, East Caribbean Village and Harbour Club & Marina in Rodney Bay.

Our final stop was the vibrate island of Barbados, where we visited both Sugar Hill and Beach View properties in St. James. Enjoyed some down time by spending the afternoon having lunch at Harbour Lights in Carlisle Bay.

Stay tuned over the next few weeks where we will take a deeper dive into each island, understanding the real estate options available and the process required to own your piece of paradise!

Whether you are looking to relocate or invest, Rutty Caribbean Consulting is here with you every step of the way with firsthand knowledge and expertise.
